Selected.ltd<\/strong>, a full-service digital agency, is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new market opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s growth across our full suite of digital services.<\/section>\n
<\/section>\n
Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Commission Rate: 30% of the invoice value for each client acquired.<\/li>\n
  • Commission Cap: Up to $10,000 per invoice.<\/li>\n
  • Pricing Flexibility: You have the flexibility to sell our services at a premium price. Your commission will still be calculated based on the original invoice value provided by us. Any amount charged above the original invoice is yours to keep in full.<\/li>\n
  • Recurring Services: 30% commission for up to 6 months on recurring services<\/li>\n
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions paid within 10 days after client payment.<\/li>\n
  • Reporting: Monthly reporting on clients, services, invoiced amounts, and commissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and strategic networking.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and manage strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.<\/li>\n
    • Understand client needs and align them with relevant agency services.<\/li>\n
    • Lead proposal development, presentations, and pitches.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine development strategies.<\/li>\n
    • Meet and exceed individual business development KPIs and growth targets.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and lead status using CRM tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition\u2014preferably within a digital agency or creative\/tech field.<\/li>\n
      • Deep understanding of strategic selling and consultative client engagement.<\/li>\n
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.<\/li>\n
      • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
